Been starving mine for 2 weeks in hopes of getting him to eat something besides live fish. Your's looks great. Probably about the same size as mine. Mine is currently not growing due to being starved lol. Hopefully he'll eat soon.

Mine ate frozen food the day after I tried. Try frozen or fresh shrimp without the shell. Mine eats both shrimp, smelt and chovies.

necro just put silversides in his tank and walk away, in a little while they should be gone. Got all mine to eat frozens.

I starved mine for 3 weeks and tried shrimp and silversides on alternating nights, and the results were the same everyday I had to take the uneaten food out. On the other hand my jurense seems to like shrimp a little, but the fila is unmoved on his journey for live fish. I don't know that I can continue the starvation any longer as he's going back in with my jau and needs to grow in order to stay ahead of him.

The jau on the other hand eats exclusively shrimp, and it only took 1 week of starving him.
