beautiful shots, beautiful marine life!

I am moderately annoyed by how a lot of aquariums have very similar array of exhibits, which are mostly saltwater. I have tried to catch any big aquarium in any city that I may visit or drive by, and at times it just seems like they're all copying each other... I wish I could see more freshwater exhibits.

but still, nice shots.

Good shot's you got.
Didn't see hardly any freshwater though.

ive been there! great aquarium! you should try and check out the shedd aquarium in chicago some day, its really something else!

I agree. But I think it is a lack of creativity, backing, or the funds necessary to update old exhibits that lends aquariums to mimic each other so frequently.

In regards to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, when it opened it's primary goal was to display the diversity of aquatic lif that lived in or near to the bay which is why there are so few freshwater exhibits.
