your lights and heaters are off/on so they are not running 24/7. your heaters probably run 50% of the time as a rough estimate. lights even less. if they are on for 8h per day, thats only 30% of the time for example.
saltwater reefs will be more expensive electrically because of the halide lighting. usually 175w to 250w is the normal bulb wattage.
