oh didnt know they were that cheap but we have looked for them before and there are none around here, also blacklights put off heat?

yeah they get just as hot as a normal bulb. check party supply stores. anywhere you could get spongebob themed plates and napkins should also have black lights for cheap. Also sometimes the dollar stores will have them.
