More cons!!!!!!

i have always used omega one. i see no reason why not.

I was just askin because my lfs doesnt sell any omega products..neither does petco

i see....any kind of cichlid flakes would work. i'll try tetra flakes on this batch and see what happens.

I usually just keep feeding my Cons their pellets and they will chew them up and spit out the smaller pieces for the fry... Cons are amazing parents, They should be with how much they like to breed LOL

I like to breed to.....i just dont fertilize and eggs!!!!
