it was sold as a ocelilaris my friend had it and it out grew his tank so i took it and it grew like 1 inch in the month that i have had it,just want to know what kind it is lol

I dont think its a pure ocell, if ocell at all. But at 7 inches the people that know what they are talking about should be able to give you a pretty good answer.
Pbass are not native to Florida but they introduced a few diffrent species. Only ocells and monos survived and they became ocell/mono hybrids. Some look more like one than the other but it creats confusion when trying to tell whats what when it has a little of both. Since these fish are plentiful in South Florida I assume they are widely sold everywhere. It must be much cheaper then importing from South American. I am not sure but it makes sense to me. Either way it looks like a nice fish and if its peruvian mono its not from Fl.
