I must agree, females may have the brighter colour but when it comes to colour and overall body structure etc. males are far more stunning.

i had my wild caught breeding pair in a 30g tank at first w. a divider. when i moved them to the 240. they took a liking to eachother. with other fish in there its a lot easier as well. my female JUST had her second batch of fry. saw them free swimming the other day... they took over half the tank. now all i gotta do is catch the babies!! hahaha.
