Here's mine for comparison. Chicago is the same water as most suburbs here use Lake Michigan water since the mid 80's. I remember that the municipal well water form those days was much harder bc we stopped using water softener in the old house after the switch.
Our reading says 0.35ppm so I guess we're spoiled here in comparison with low nitrates.
I still don't get why some tests show NA for several items on each side. I guess they just don't have the specific city tests for that year listed?
The pamphlet says the results for the emergency backup wells are available upon request. I should request them just for the heck of it to see what our water source used to be.
I was always wondering what else I should ask the water people if I call them? How do I phrase asking if they flush the pipes with higher levels of chlorine for maintenance? Do I just word it like that?
Also chlorine is listed as being used. Would they ever use chloramine? Is this something I should ask?
