Nah...My old stingrays used to pick the rocks up and smash them to the ground with no ill effects. Noone in there is strong enough to do that anymore. The bottom glass is pretty thick and braced anyway.

Not a pleco. It's a Megalodoras Uranoscopus, sometimes called a ripsaw catfish.

As the fish started growing, the wood became less and less, LOL.
