With 4 convicts in their you'll probably have more fish soon anyway. It sounds like your stocked OK for now just keep up on those water changes and keep check on your parameters..
am i the only one that think your alittle understocked. i feel like the convicts could get owned and then ur left with an oscar and a pleco... i wanna suggest a larger/fast community fish liek some silver dollars or roseline sharks which hopefully wouldnt add more aggression
Understocked? He already said he's upgrading his tank size (good move) but I don't feel you could keep an Oscar that gets 12-14", a Plec that gets 13-18" and 4 Convicts in a 75 gal. Even if they DID get along you'd have to do so many water changes to keep the water quality good that it would take away all the enjoyment of owning the fish. That would set a person up for failure which would be a true shame.
(Because this is an awesome hobby and full of fun when done right).

I won't be surprised when roseline sharks end up eaten by the oscars. Roselines prefer cooler waters on top of that compared to the oscars. There won't be enough space for the silver dollars to swim around once the oscar reaches full length.
I would wait till the cons pair off and just leave a pair get rid of the extras.Give them a rocky cave area to call home, and they may just supply your oscar with a steady stream of feeders, and not bother him too much.
The pleco is hard to say once he gets in the 10"+ range Id move him out too. Some stay smaller, you never know whats going to happen when you buy one without a positive ID
Wwell actually on one side of the tank there is a big flower pot and on the other side there are 3 small ones and one pair of convicts raise there fry in the big one and the other pair raise them in one of the small ones. They dont bother each other.
