That high-contrast lapradei on the 1st pic of the random shots must be the bullet-head nigerian lapradei I've heard about, I suppose?

Hao, your congo will grow fast if you get them on massivores. My congo are almost 16" already and it amazes me how fast they grow.

The dark pattern bichir is a Sankarani variant of lapradei. Looks very similar on pattern with the Guinea lap variant but darker almost charcoal. As for the snakeheads, they never bother any of my fish nor try to eat the smallest fish. My smallest bichir I have in my tank is a 6" short body albino senegal bichir.
