Maybe some type of lice or something?!?!?! I don't know. Do any of your other fish have any? Could be easier to infect scaleless fish then non.
no other fish have it...i just got her 3 weeks ago, it just appeared last Monday almost 2 weeks ago, she is captive bred.
Please send me some more pics I will share it with the vets at National Zoo and will let you know if they come up with anything and I will also show it to my vet as well.

well it has gotten worse i just started adding salt 2lb per 100 a couple of days ago. today is about day 10
like i have said before she eats great...seems fine. WHen she eats it will ooze a little sometimes.
