i have anchors away at home it is safe for rays and treats anchor worms, lice, gill flukes, i have not treated with anything yet other than salt.

Then go with a Prozi pro treatment first. Alot of these guys go overboard with this stuff, Its a good, safe med.

I would try the prazi pro also. It might be some parasite somehow. Its worth a shot. Raise the temp a little also.

prazi and physically remove it by poping and cleaning?

No, it will kill the bugs.
BTW, remove carbon if in use. Shut down UV light also
