Amazing pics and fish! How do you handle the panaque with your comm? I have serieus problems keeping the panaque (max) from getting to much shrimp/smelt/etc that's not part of his diet? Panaque's can't eat to much of that.....primaire greens with wood.

well the way I feed is i dont really dump a hand full of food in the tank; I feed shrimps, feeder fish, beef heart but; when feeding I only throw in enough I know the dats, gar and barb can finish, so I'll probably be left with 2 large shrimps sitting in the bottom for the pleco to eat if that.... I try not to get the pleco on too much shrimp and beef heart.... when all the others are done I'll throw in a couple of algea waffers in too... that's about it...

just the overhead lights right now I'm using the Hagen GLO with the T5 high output lamps, I really dont know if the flash would be even brighter that the GLO... I'm expecting the SB600 remote flash this week... Well see if it makes a diff.....
