The idea behind American Staffordshire Terrier was not to make it larger. And the breed does have a standard. First we had regular Pit Bull Terrier in the UKC and when AKC introduced American Staffordshire Terrier it was a registered Pit Bull at AKC and was like that for some time. People feel that American Staffordshire terriers are being currently bread more for show than anything else does not mean large.
The dog has perfectly stated standards, look them up at AKC, UKC, and any other popular dog registry.
Staffordshire Bull Terrier is the original game dog and Pit Bull was created after Staffordshire Bull Terriers.
Regular Bull Terrier is no way a mutation either. It was the same mix as Bulldog x White Terrier to create the breed and then keep mixing it with Dalmatian, and many believe a number of breeds like Pointer and Greyhound.
The guy at Woodpits has some ugly non-standard dogs! I will even say that his dogs are some of the worst looking Pit Bulls out there, complete disgrace!!!
What the **** is that? Poor diformed pups and the ****head is proud of that.
