wll i got say 95% of the bubbles to stop theres still enough to make the water look cloudy but turning off teh pump and everything they go away and its clear, anyhow, today i have anotehr problem.......

teh water is around 90 degrees the pump is cool to the touch so im not thinking its an overheating problem there but maybe somewhere else? possibly since its all up and running its small thing coming otgether

lighting is a 60 watt 48" fourescent acentic and 14k halides the pump is now runing wide open at 6900 gph or 115 gpm no need for powerheads it flows plenty opf water

could it be possiblt the comination of the pumps now with the lights?? i dunno what to do aside from going and buying a chiller

thansk in advance fo the advice

(again sorry for pselling)

You probably don't have an over heating problem but when it's warm out it doesn't take much to push the limit a little further. When you combine all of your equipment together it's almost like having a small heater in there, exspecially the lights. I suggest a couple of strong fans blowing across the surface of your water. I live in eastern Canada and my shark tank is bouncing between the 82-84 degree mark so I could imagin what kind of a problem it is to keep a tank cool down where you are.

what the temp of the house?

Well you would have to have a fan high enough to reach the surface of your tank so maybe one of thouse tall fans on the stand would work. It would have to be one of the good size bedroom fans and not just a canopy cooling fan. I use two of them at each end of the tank and the temp hit 85 today.

oo ok i got you a normal house fan so leave open the canopy all the time? anythign thats big ebnough i could hide in the canopy since itll be there all the time?

You might be able to put computer cooling fans in the canopy. They are small, quiet, and cheap.
