Those look really good. Unfortunately Morels are pretty rare around here - I usually don't find more than a dozen or so at a time. When we do find we cook them just like that.

Ok, time for questions. They do not have a flavor or texture like a typical mushroom, infact its quite unique. I really cant descibe them. They are a taste of their own and it is GOOD.

Yes they are rare. I got a bunch from having a good spot and been doing this since I could walk.
