Mormyrids?

Thats alot of delicate bottom dwellers imo. I would do a BGK or a Mormyrid, ime elephant noses like to be in groups at least when young. I've never seen one kept long term.. let alone if they change as they mature as some species do from schooling.. to solitary. clean water is key, and food. I would have access to live blackworms before trying to keep them, as a majority starve to death in captivity. the same electric pulse they use to find food is used to locate live food, so it is essentially a must until they are stable in your set-up.

i already have a good supply of worms, thats what my fire eel has been eating from my hand since he was was introduced (ate from my hand liteally the second i put him in the tank, blew my mind). He gets some live brine every now and then too.

Honestly im just looking for some more interesting fish to keep with it, i wasnt particularly set on a mormyrid but their intelligence intrigued me. Ive also been researching some species of Polypterus.

Any suggestions?
