Tank size is probably the factor since your feeding schedule is good.

You hit it on the head they were fine until they started growing alot lately they are getting more territorial. Im gonna have to pray someone buys a few otherwise it's going to be like a death game.

I would take him out and place him in his own tank if possible, or place a divider in the tank he's currently in, at least until the wound heals superficially.

Hey guys I was feeding him blood worms today and noticed that the worms came out that hole in his stomach after he ate!! Should I try to sew him up?

I would take it out and place it in a hospital tank and keep a close eye on it.
not sure about the sewing part as if you can see the worms came out that hole which means there's a hole in the stomach. unless you can sew up the stomach as well other wise it won't help or could make things worst.
base on what you have described, it may not make it as it cannot digest any food.

Getting another tank tomorrow i'll give that a try

:ROFL:lol Hopefully, because if that bloodworm or other food isn't being digested, then he's going to die due to starvation.

He'll be fine as long as he doesn't sto peating. there is a thread around here somewhere that a Guy had one that got bit damn near in half and he stitched it up and it lived. He posted pics of it swimming and all after it healed and what it looked like when it got bit. Ps are VERY VERY hardy.

yeah it's like they regenerate like wolverine or something.
