Give it a year or two, A year ago, I never found them here, now the little cockroaches are everywhere. They never leave my nets alive!

get all males. only the females get agressive

I'm afraid this is not the case. The males can be just as aggressive as the females. I have seen this in my experience and have also read and discussed this with others.

i get hundreds every week.
i have a few that are 3-4" big.
when small there just like guppies.
i dont see any of them being aggressive in my p bass tank
this is how to sex them "i think"
males have a pointy tail under there belly.
females have rounded ones.
i can get a pic of a monster one if anyone wants

You are sexing them correctly. But I would refer to it as the anal fin. The male uses this appendage to deposit milt into the female. A fish penis of sorts.
