yea its actually a pretty expensive fine at that. theres a few cities out here in my area that have regulations on it. some areas you even have to register with the city in order to build an outdoor pond.....

=] my goldfish love these buggers, they in an outside pond and i never see ANY wigglers in there and when i put some in its crazy time. Im gonna try em with my africans this year, i quite excited.

I got 4 large clay pots out side filled with water and plants. I always go collection for my fish to feed on these guys.

Your city vector unit hands out free gambusia. About 20 in a bag enough to clear out a 5000 gal pond full of wrigglers. It is true, that you must keep an eye on your "bucket of water" so that it does not promote the hatching of mosquito larvae. The larvae is great food for your baby dats that is going around right now. Or any baby fish for that matter. I am sure that P bass would still eat them, but you would need alot
