Im the korean and vietnam wars the US deployed guppies from planes the most famous being the plane that dropped the nuke on hiroshima. They litterally dropped the buggers from planes into any body of water to eat the mosquito larvae because the troops were getting mosquito bourn diseases. So either guppies or mosquito fish
