java moss is probably the fastest growing but christmas moss is a better option in the long run.

Some people recomend me to use Superglue to attach to my 3D background.

Justtie it if you can with fishing line, and javamoss hrws hella fast, even in a brand new tank! im overrun with the stuff

You don't need to superglue. I agree with rpow you can use fishing line or I use small net and rap it around a rock or something. But I know in my one tank I just let it grow on a ship and now it climbs all around it. Right now my java moss is growing faster than my xmas moss is.
