Well, out of all my Poly's(DEL, SEN, Ornate) the Sen was by far the most active.He was always swimming around and hanging all over the plants in the tank. He would also be waiting for me at feeding time. He was by far my favorite my favorite to watch.
My new Del is also pretty active but he's my newest addition so we'll see how it goes. He actually acts a lot like my old Sen so that's pretty cool. He also seems to really like to "play" in the spray bar water flow. Pretty damn funny.
As for my Ornate she pretty much hangs out in the corners of the tank. That's where I put most of the caves and such so I could still look at them while they hide. She doesn't come out much. She seems to really like my Fire Eel now that the Sen is gone.
anyway all Bichirs are going to be different. Just depends on them really.
