Most aggressive aquarium fish?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
In my experience, pikes can be seriously aggressive too... I had a bellycrawler that would pick fights with my firemouth who was twice his size, and win. And that firemouth wasn't peaceful either...

But again, for their size, I think people are forgetting about the Tilapia Buttikoferi.

Those two I think are right up there... Especially if you get into the larger pikes (12"+)

channa

micropeltes or argus for big tanks...

or aruntimaculata for smaller.

if you can't keep snakehead, you can look for some cichlid.. like...

tilapia buttikoferi

I don't know if anyone have tiger shark, they are the most aggressive shark!

If you are taking to that level, why not just go Great White Shark? Win!

I personally love midas. But there are so many that can make that claim.

great white are not as aggressive as tiger! GW are just big and curious, and they try to eat every thing rather than attack everything!

I have those tilapia before, they got beat up by the same size oscar and flowerhorn!

Actually GW equally aggressive. But less reported attacks since tiger sharks can be found in the shallows, where they are bound to encounter human. But GW usually only swim in the middle of the ocean, where few people are.

I'm surprised no one has brought up the payara...

There mean lookin fish with nasty teeth.
