hello im new to he site so im not sure if theres already a forum like this i couldnt find it so sorry in advance if there is one, but i wanna know ehat the most aggressive meanist freshwater fish is. and i mean like which one will eat the other if both in a tank togeather, when i first started fish keping i learned that rhom piranhas will eat oscars, red bellys, and wolf fish, so i figured that rhoms were the meanist than i lean about snake heads and mbu puffers and nile puffers, but afr seeing videos i realize that puffers are footballs and not really mobile or fast so i really want to know what actual owners of these monster fish think? whats the baddest fish :WHOA:

for freshwater fish the baddest fish is either goliath tiger fish or pirhanas

Are we talking mean as in personality or eating habits? Because lots of catfish will eat just about anything that can fit in their mouths, but I wouldn't call them mean--some cichlids will literally attack your hand if it is in the tank. I've never seen a glass banging catfish...

X2 a breeding pair of convicts that only get a couple inches are more aggressive than any catfish I've seen, but obviously can't eat one...

Bigger does not always mean more aggressive. My Gold Occies are more aggressive than oscars or anything of the sort, oscars are just big vaccums, not tough tho...

alright in terms of just a killer.. i suppose like will kill and is capiable of killing any fish there size thats in there tank just because, like rhom. or snakehead

X2!
I don't think piranha are as aggressive as some cichlids, they would eat almost anything that put in front of them, thats their eating habit. The real mean fish should be like some of the cichlid or cichlid hybrids, they can't even live in the same tank with other fish of their own kind!
