thats doesn't mean anything, if the Cichlid fight back, the piranha would run away! the piranha always want to eat, not fight!

with red bellys thats true but rhoms are very territorial same with elongs, reds are pansies

Rhoms and elongs, don't play and don't run away. They would cause more damage to a cichlid then a cichlid to them. They just have to many teeth!

that true but theres some mean fish like snakeheads and i relly wanna know what ppl think bout freshwater puffers like the mbu

The mbu and other puffers are aggressive yes! But the are more on the lines of HIGHLY Territorial, at least that's what I think.

I agree. When I was young, I got 12 red-belly pirahnas and they aren't aggressive at all. They are very skittish, especially if you walk by or turn on the light. They would scramble under the driftwood and take forever to come out to eat. I first fed them feeders and they still aren't as vicious as people think. I then started to feed them beef heart. They grew very fast with the beef heart and I got rid of them because my tank was too small and they are illegal where I live. Pirahnas are just over-rated. The Asian Catfish, I believe, are the most aggressive if you mean what kind of fish quickly eats another fish. They won't attack a fish, they will just eat them. The Doctor

The puffers are downright mean, just take chunks out of fish lazily. Piranha and snakeheads have the tools for destruction but I don't call them mean. I'd say in the cichlid family buttikoferi are the meanest I have kept. Only fish I've ever seen descale another fish.
You'd have to break it down in to classes and find the boss of each class.
