I am judging it by not only damage it can do but also just its behavior and how angry it is.

if your judging by how angry it is, red devil is one of the most meanest fish ive seen. they get a kick just out of being bullys. however, i also had a jack dempsey that was so mean as a baby, that it attacked and killed two convicts of similar size, and it was so mean that when i had another jack dempsey on the other side of a divider to keep it alive, whenever it would see the other fish, even from across the tank, it would charge full speed at the divider and keep ramming it to try to kill the other fish. it eventually got it because the stupid thing would not stay behind the divider and wanted to get into the larger part of tha tank.
