Most beautiful and relaxing tank I've ever seen.

I Well agree. There is not much to this tank. What speaks to me is the crystal clear water and the discus.

Haha, ok, I guess I'll explain a bit more...

I find the left and right sections that are split to not transition well together. I find the use of space to be awkward, as the wood on the left looks "wrong" to me and the scale and slope of the HG on the right to be wrong as well. I don't like the mix of plants on top of that, the all green with bright red discus is a bit jarring on the eye--some different color plants would be nice (not necessarily red plants, but not all the SAME shade of dark green). Aside from color, I think the combination of leaf shapes in the different species of plants to not be "right" either... you have big roundish with a point anubias on the left, the round large leaves in the center, and the blades of hairgrass on the left, don't compliment each other in the layout.
I think the background looks low quality and doesn't add anything for me. The discus are decent, but I would like to see more of them.

Sums it up for me... ;)

Here's an Amano discus tank:

You guys see the difference between an amateur and a pro? ;)

This tank really doesn't do it for me at all... i guess i'm a bit spoiled though living in HK where there are a lot of shops with extremely beautiful aquascaped tanks...

One of the shop owners that i know in HK won the ADA Aquascaping comp in the large tank category a few years back...

But as far as amano tanks, his one in his house is still one of my favourites... although all his tanks are pieces of art imho...

AMANO IS THE BEST!

I like it the tank has a simple classic look which allows the fish to really stand out.
