Most beautiful cichlid?

I just looove cuban cichlids, but most any CA/SA head banger could easily take the cake. Some Victorian haps are also very gorgeous as well.

I would go with an aquarium classic--the firemouth, a very versatile cichlid in terms of compatibility and nice coloration on quality specimens

I agree. But if I had to pick an old world cichlid species it would have to be Paratilapia polleni. They look awesome when mature!
