Too many to list.
FW: the red wolves are very nice. Channa pleurophthalma, channa aurantimaculata, and channa barca are all amazing. Mbu puffers and cross river puffers look really nice.
SW: Dog face puffers, Picasso triggers, niger trigger, clown triggers, salt water parrotfish and lionfish.
I could do this all day, but the colors and pattern of the mandarin goby are insane.

Edit: Sarcastic Fringehead also deserves a mention.
 
I love me some panther grouper. Keep it coming these are all great suggestions. She feels like she can pump out a painting every few days so this is not a competition. It's more like a third income lol.

I'd go with Mandarin Goby, or one of the other multiple Goby and Blenny variants...
Love some of the multiple varieties of Lionfish also...
Freshwater... I'd go with female Festae... or... I forget the scientific name, but the cichlid known as the Christmas Fulu are colorful as well...

Lots of great choices for colorful fish people would love...

Lots of good answers and some nice pictures as well.Its no secret that I am a big fan of Datnioides and I can look at ST's all day.
