Most colorful cichlids! Best contrasting colors together?

I actually have a chocolate a synspilum and a firemouth right now, all small but only the firemouth looks any good. My other 2 seem to be quiet bland!.

They are in the same family as typical Firemouths, this guy in the photos is probably around 5" I think their max is no more than 7" Thoricthys Ellioti or Thor. Maculipinnis (if I spelled that right)

I have this guy in a 55g corner tank with a female, some red eye tetras, cherry barbs, and a pair of BN's (oh and a single swordtail). Female is currently tending eggs, in a 'cichlid stone' and I have 13 fry growing out from a batch of fry in early January.

Where could I get some if you know ?

I think the carpintis and salvini are both very much up there to be some of the best colored american cichlids especially if you have top quality specimens.
Here is a pic of my Nicest carpintis which I selected out of my last batch of fry based purely on color and contrast and female salvini.

As far as red goes it's hard to beat a female festae or female rtm.
