I'm making a poll to see what's the most commonly used filter name brand. Eheim is my personal favorite. Give me a sec to put up the poll. You can make multiple selections, because I know most of us Use more than one ;).

I'm pretty sure I forgot one or two, so just post what you use if it's not listed. Also feel free to comment on which you think is best, and why.

penguin filter

If your saying penguin filter is not up there, it is part of Marineland, so you can vote there.

fluval, and emperor. I have a fluval 4 plus, a fluval 404, 2 emperor 400's, and an emperor 200.
I really like the emporer 400. I have that and a fluval 404 on a 72g and would take out the fluval if I could only keep one on the tank

Hmm, tough one. I've spent years happily using eheim.
But when it came to filtering my 200gal, who could go past the price, quality, size of an fx5.
Of course sump makers and DIY filter buffs will disagree.
Cool thread, eheim for me.

I'm pretty partial to Eheim's Classic filters . . . my one HOB filter (on my 15G tank) is an Eheim Liberty . . .
