Hey Guys,

Im just curious on what some people spend for some of their fish.
My most expensive fish is a Blue Throat Trigger Fish ($56) at a pet shop.

I had a few rip offs like a small Snow Flake Eel for $45
:popcorn::WHOA::WHOA::popcorn:

Also I just started this hobby like 5 months lol

Pics Will Be Awesome! I'd post mine but camera dead.....fail

Paid over $10,000 for Pirahna's and got Pacu's :duh:

I wonderin the same thing....eighter it was a rare piranha or he bought so many over the coarse of his life and soon realize they were pacas.....eighter the is a RIP OFF!!!!

Also a typical hate my life moment!!!!

How does that happen?

We paid for 10 Piranha and they gave us 10 Red Belly Pacu. Took us a couple of months to work out we'd been ripped, but only took 2 minutes to let the guy who sold them to us know how much damage a baseball bat can cause :D

I'm lost here. So you paid 1k each for 10 piranha? I'm guessing this has to be some rare species or something? And you couldn't tell the difference between said rare piranha species and pacu? This is very confusing to me.

Yep...paid $1,000 for each fish. Not a rare fish - we just paid for their First Class airline tickets (I think a couple of them ordered some expensive champagne on the way over).

lol no we couldn't tell the difference until we realised their teeth didn't look quite right.

If you'd never physically seen a queen size in your life and someone sold you a double, but called it a queen, would you KNOW you'd been sold the wrong thing?
