My most expensive (DEAD) fish was a Red Belly Piranha @ $1000
Got the price down from $1200 with some haggling.....

i payed 40 USD for a red shoulder peacock cichlid (african)
40 USD for a 12" ornate bichir (used mostly lfs credit from trading in babies)
25 USD for a 5" retic ray
