50$ for some wild caught cuckoo catfish. Then 32$ for a baby ebjd 3 years ago. Still alive and well having surviving ick, brutal beating, descaling, and eating a female guppy 2/3 his size. Datnoid beat him ****less when I first put him in new tank after he started eating guppies in old one. Then 32$ for a baby giraffe catfish. 8$ for a 9" clown loach on Craigslist. 11$ for a 3" cuckoo labeled as petricola.

I kept marine tanks for a long while, and I had a Asfur, maculousus, and emperor angel, Australian harlequin tuskfish, clown trigger. I know all of them were 100 plus, and I had many more others over the years. Here recently the most ive spent is 45 on my Indo Dat late last year and 43 for a Bleekeri, both a little pricey but I never see these fish offered around here very often. The Bleekeri I picked up is only the second one I have ever seen in person in 20ish years or so.
I bought a group of tropheus does that count? they do best in groups so I bought a colony of 90 at about 45avg ea.
Bought a group of L046 before, 6 for $150ea.
SW there were several that were 100-200, anglers/purple tang. There was designer frags/zoa polyps that I paid 60-200 for a tiny piece or single zoa polyp.
There have been fish in the past I have paid 1-3k per
