What about most expensive fish you've personally bought?

I once paid three bucks for a feeder goldfish.

What about most expensive fish you've personally bought?

Saltwater Majestic Angel fish for 350 bucks (8 inches size) and last less than 2 minutes in my tank...My Tesselata enjoy the Angel as a snack!

For me it was with saltwater. I bought an Australian harlequin tusk . That was the most exspensive fish I personally ever paid for.

How much did that set you back? Gonna guess around $250, they are beautiful and definitely more vibrant than the Indonesian. I had an indo great personality ended up having to give him to a friend because my purple tang and sailfin ended up ganging up on it since I added it to the tank last.

Ohhh man that burns, worst outcome right there lose a beautiful fish and all that money. Tesselata eels are a pretty penny too
