Thru spring and summer. You shouldnt keep fancies out once the water temp drops to 65- 50.
Oh that's cool. My parents don't like the pond idea too much plus I'm going to study sooner or later so not really worth it at this point.

The air temperature rarely drops below the temperatures you mentioned, but in summer it hits 30-35°C (86-95°f) so pond goldies would be difficult to look after. Always an excuse for an undercover pond :D

I too want to see pictures Go_redfish Go_redfish Koi and fancies are some of my favorites. Though I don’t keep anything high end myself.

The most I’ve spent on a single fish is $40 on a koi. And the most in one shopping trip $120 I think it was. Bought guppies and koi.
Im not comfortable yet with the idea of spending too much on a single fish. While I’ve learned a lot since getting into the hobby, I still have a lot to learn I’m sure. So I’ll be happy with my cheap fish. Haha.

Gross profit of $700. The net would be less because of housing, feeding, and what not but still a profit overall most likely.

I've spent about $150 on african butterfly fishes because they would do great for a month then die randomly.
