LOL true where's Canada...after all Arapaimag is in Ontario, with the tanks he's got that has to raise the mark!!
I think America has the most "fanatic" fish keepers becuase a lot of the time people over here break laws to keep fish. I'm not sure about regulations in other countries, but I know America has a lot of laws that get put aside by fellow fanatics to obtain fish. I don't recomend it or condone it, I'm just saying.

It seems I am the only vote for Germany. The reason I did so was because of their advancements in filtration and breeding. I went to Germany last year and saw some awesome tanks. Not the MONSTER fish so much but just eleborate displays. They would match the enviroment to their fish exactly. We along with asian countries tend to throw our MONSTERS and rare fish into tanks with out alot of thought because the fish do fine. I would rather spend a ton of money on the fish instead of the aquascaping and "perfect water".
