Most nutritious insects?

I've never seen or heard of a springtail more than a couple millimeters long. What kind of Oscars are you keeping that will eat them at all, much less be "satisfied" with them?

Was thinking the same. I don't think any Oscar past a few inches would eat them.

Welp, I now have the ultimate proof Brick is back to eating pellets...for months I was spared excess cleanup as his poop would break up and dissolve in the filters.

Fast forward to this morning. After sleeping on his side and having a leisurely breakfast, Brick left log tokens all over the tank...trust me I DIDN'T miss this part!
