Ok,I like every dang creature out there other than some roaches and such, lol. While surfing through my mags, forums, shops and and so on,I have a few herps I generally never pay much attention to.The meaning here is NOT THAT YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT THE HERP but rather its just one that you don't see why others treat it the way you treat your favorites.I guess I have to go first.:confused:My name is Jason and I'm 33 years old.Been keeping herps all my life and many types including the ones I will mention though it was long long ago.The ones I never have much interest in are aquatic turtles, other than the alligator snappers and sea turtles, and the other is water dragons and the others with the same look.I would totally take one in and I'm sure enjoy it,just saying these would be my last choice. So its now your turn to give it up.I know we like them all,but whats your least favs?

PS ,Im liking the water turtles a bit more each day though thanks to so many keepers on this site, lol.Semi aquatic anything just seems like it would be a pain in the butt to me,lol.

I'm the opposite, I adore turtles :P I've been keeping them for nearly 10 years now.

The one herp I've never cared for is a Bearded Dragon. I just don't get the hype about them. They cost (at least here anyway) £80+ for a normal phase one, and for such a "common" exotic I think that's way too pricey. The fact they grow pretty large and people are always trying to get rid of them because they've lost interest also puts me off.

Most agamids... and iguanids I have no interest in. Nor most turtles, except Pancake Tortoises.

However I adore the most jumpy and worthless lizards out there... :D skinks. It's seem to be damn impossible to sell even one of them these days, yet they are the MOST AWESOME THINGS EVER. African colubrids are also underrated and a favourite of mine to read up on, even though a lot of hobbyists think they are trash, jumpy or worthless.

i don't really like most colubrids, like the oriental whip snake:barf:

corns are okay, and i really like kings and milks, but whips look disgusting to me

Not real big on "designer" herps. I mean I think some of the morphs are pretty cool but not usually an improvement over the natural in most cases. Take retics...my favorite is a regular wild yellow head, much more attractive than a tiger or super tiger. Same with leos and corn snakes.

I think ameivas are some of the most underrated lizards out there. A male green ameiva is a great looking lizard, and they're a lot of fun to watch. They behave something like a tegu in miniature so if you can't have a big tegu the ameiva is perfect.

For me it's gotta be snakes. They just don't do it for me. Don't get me wrong I love the look of them it's just that I find them boring. They just sit there all curled up starring. Hope I didn't hurt anyones feelings.

Lizards are my thing. I love them all but my favorites are the monitors, geckos and iguanids. I love turtles too seeing how they are the first reptile I ever owned and what got me into the hobby today. Tortoises don't interest me as much because most get too big for me to keep and I don't have the room for them.

Not big into turtles, torts, or amphibians.

I'm also not interested in anything "commonplace"; if its something it seems that everyone and their brother has, the appeal is lost to me. Cornsnakes, balls, iguanas, beardies, leopard geckos, etc.....boooorringg. (yawn). I like the cool, weird and unusual stuff. [P.S. I know I have a BP...he was my first snake and I've had him for 15 yrs. I don't plan on ever getting another ball.]

Frogs and toads...I think it's because they don't have tails...;)

Pretty much all amphibians, iguanas, and aquatic turtles except for FRT........
