Unless his water parameters are dangerously high, fish are getting beat up constantly or they cant comfortably move around there is nothing wrong with it.
It's basicly like me saying, "Hey everybody I just bought 6 Arapaima and put them in my 10g and they can turn around and are very very healthy and are very happy" Then tell me that my tank is fine...
WOW Arapaima Gigas, with that fish alone the tank should be at least 1000 gallons, with the RTC and TSN and all the other fish that tanks needs to be at least 2000 gallons.

I never bought that 12" Tat, Shows how much you know. And how are you saying that a 6" tat in a 55g grow out is worse than an Arapaima,RTC,and a TSN in a 200g. You really need to get your mind straight.
