Most personable fish?

Which fish do you think has the best personality?

I would say either koi or discus. My former neighbor has a 30000g pond with tons of koi. once, me and him went swimming in there, and the koi would surround you and rub up against you asking for food.

I'm going to have to go with either and oscar, datnoid, or silver arowana. My silver loves to be petted.

i think all the puffer fish have alot of personallity. at least all the ones i have ever had. always swimming around making faces and "begging" for food

Every O I have ever kept would let me pet them and they all ate from my hand. I have two juvies right now a tiger and a red and they both jump about an inch or two out of the water to grab worms from my hand. Not only are O's beautiful but they are extremely intelligent fish.

I would say datnoids are pretty personable. Once they get to know you, they will come greet you every time you pass the tank. (although they may have alterior motives)

i can pet my community tank of arowana ranging from 7 - 10 inches.

Oscars have a lot of personality,most of it is bad but they do have a lot of it.
