Not all fish are breedable in the aquaria, and in fact most of the odder more valuable fish happen not to be. And not really worth buying a rare fish for thousands of dollars if it's able to be readily duplicated. Oddball is one who breeds his fish to support his hobby.

I don't think anyone knows who exactly has the most valuable/rare fish...
 
those white tropical gars were pretty expensive..

It only takes one real good one though. If they sell high at a small size and you have a constant supply, it could happen...(I do not know or have the right to speak for Li I must point out....)

yeah but stuff like barramundi(only breedable in estuary type conditions all are born male and change to female at certain size) and gars/etc not easily breedable. I see what you mean though.
