Mother lobster with baby lobsters

why are they being kept in a bucket? They should be kept in at least a 20 gallon tank FOR NOW they require at least 10-20 gallons each.

Those are marble crays (Marmorkrebs) if not mistaken, great food source for fish as long as they arent illegal in your neck of the woods...
