now regarding sexing arowanas, it is still 100% impossible to tell the sex of an arowana just by its external appearence.

only way to confirm is either it lays egg and thus confirming its a female, or you breed them, and the male usually carries the egg in its mouth..

obviously they mate and ferterlise the eggs, and the the eggs will drop to the ground. then the male will pick them up and store it into his mouth..

ya, i guess it might get its mouthful of its own semen in as well. haha
