Motoro and loach question

I have seen my loaches pic off parasites from new rays. Assuming there are no parasites, they could be acting out of habit.

I was thinking parasites or bacteria problem with the ray

I did move out the loach. What should I be looking for in a bacteria or parasite problem?
The rays look good I don't see any skin issues. I will try to post some picts.

just keep your water clean and add a little salt 1lb per 100...
