it looks like a type of motoro thats a bit stressed out. i would expect the pattern to clear up a bit once it settles down but it could be a cross too.
that said ive not seen many pics of aparico as someone suggested, but if they could post pics young and old that would only help
my first thought when i saw the pic was a cross between a motoro and a henlei or something but im sure the shop would have better knowledge of the background of the ray if that was the case.
Looks every inch an Aparico to me, scientific name Potamotrygon ocellata. Its probably wild caught too judging by the protective sheath still attached.

Potamotrygon Ocellata, as many others have pointed out. Here's a pic of mine that is just over a year old, supposed to stay under 15", mine has grown several inches in the first year alone and is now pushing 10" and may soon be pregnant!
