Hes mature....
my regular motoro matured at 8-9".... I think males will mature faster if there is a mature female in the tank.

Just Toby: There is 60-80L with bio and bluematts behind the background, drifted by a 1000l\h powerhead(couldnt fit a bigger one 
) In the second 200gall i have 2xfx5, the rays there are smaller.
Now i actually change more water, im thinking 50% every 4 day or something..
But the question was, could my female be mature by this size, and is there any sertain way to tell if a female motoro is mature?

Nice looking rays. I think you should start working on a bigger tank for the adults, as I think you are gonna have some babies in the near future.
i hope within half a year.
