Motoro pics!

Nice cam....I have a Nikon D50 DSLR, but I'm too lazy to use it, LOL...especially trying to get fish pics. My patience wears thin when trying to follow them, not to mention if I took the time to take the Nikon out, it would further wear me down, haha.

i use a Canon Rebel 6.3 300D SLR

with a 50MM 1.8 canon macro lens and a off camera shoe cord flash and also have 4 wireless slave flashes for back up if i want more light.

once i figure out how these rays are as well as the Aro il be right back in the thick of things getting clear pics again. the aro is a bi**h to get a clear pic of, :D

How do your keep the flash away from their eyes??? every time i try to take a picture the flas just show up on their eyes.:screwy:

I have a 12megapixel digital camera...

I dont use my flash on my cam , i use a off camera shoe cord flash which i can place it anyware i want. so i just find the best lighting for what i am trying to get a pic of and go from there, you will have to play around with it to find which works best for you , your tank and your fish, substrait has alot do do with it, as well as your ligting in your tank. if you can focus on your fish because it's to dark in the tank that will also effect your pics.

from your pics i can tell your useing a flash on the cam or atleast mounted to it, try a angle shot and not head on, from up and down to them, but IMHO a off camera flahs is the best way to go.


if you have a 12MP cam you should be takin killer pics dude!!:headbang2
